COVID-19 and remote working
WON beneficiaries, following the internal guidlines and procedures, asked and helped their ESRs to set up remote working practices during the COVID-19 pandemic and provided all the needed resources for them while working from home.
The following measures have been introduced to ensure the smooth project implementation:
- Management meetings are being held online via WebEx;
- The new practice of supervision support has been set up – “Virtual coffee meetings/research discussion” with the WP leaders and Dr Antonio Napoli via Microsoft Teams and WebEx;
- Mid Term Meeting will be held online and virtually on the 9th June 2020.
The management team keeps monitoring the H2020 FAQs on the Funding & Tenders Portal in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak.
